SAALBACH HINTERGLEMM
One example of this is the Alpen-Karawanserai, the Time Design Hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Salzburg . Around a year before the planned renovation, Gregor Jasch, together with his team and the owners, began to develop the strategic positioning, brand development, and experience design – a process that was accompanied throughout the entire period until the reopening.
The result: a design hotel, now open year-round, awarded as regional winner by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, with a clear brand identity and a loyal community of regular guests, which received the Austrian Chamber of Commerce's 2012 Star Award as "Hotel of the Future" .

CHAT ON THE WINE ROAD
Ratscher Landhaus
Another example is the Ratscher Landhaus on the South Styrian Wine Route. Here, too, Gregor Jasch and his team worked closely with the owners, Michaela and Andreas Muster, for about a year before the expansion – from positioning to the opening of the newly designed house.
The concept has proven successful: In October 2025, the Ratscher Landhaus was awarded the 4-star superior classification as one of only two hotels in the entire southern Styria.
The combination of a clear brand story, a consistently designed guest experience and a wine culture with over 600 selections has created a strong community of regular guests that supports the brand and continuously attracts new guests.
